While on the lookout for new dessert recipes for St. Paddy's Day I came across the Baileys Cheesecake recipe on Delish. It looked like the perfect choice! Baileys doesn't have to be something you break out only for the biggest holidays, it is one of the best liqueurs to use in a desert.
The Oreo crust is much more satisfying then graham crackers, and the creamy, decadent filling is made even more creamy and decadent with the addition of Baileys. Topped with ganache, this cheesecake is simply to die for. There's even an option to make mini Baileys cheese cakes when looking for a more potluck-friendly version of this recipe.
The recipe for Baileys Cheesecake is fairly simple to make, and yields 10 servings with a prep time of 25 minutes and a total time of 8 hours (due to the refrigeration). If anyone is interested in checking out the instructions, please click on the image up above.
