I found this recipe for Holiday Berry Meringue Wreath on the Food Network website, and I must say.. it's delicious! It almost looks too pretty to eat, but the mix of crisp and crunchy meringue with cranberry, raspberry and pomegranate sauce makes it well worth ruining the presentation! I will definitely be making this recipe this Christmas.
