Given the current situation in the world right now, access to gym equipment can be tricky for those who do not already own too many, such as myself.
This workout routine outlines 12 exercises and includes a pause for a water break. It follows an ABAB structure with 45 seconds active and 15 seconds rest, with warm up and cool down included. Perfect for ensuring a proper work out.
I really enjoyed that this was one of the easier cardiovascular workout videos, allowing me to feel re-energized and re-balanced without overdoing it.

3: 2 Knee Pulls
4: Lunge + Rotation
5: 2 Jumping Jacks + Lateral Jumps
