- squat to side leg lift = 15 reps
- side lunge = 12 reps
- cardio plank = 45 sec
- push-ups (toes) = 10 reps
- cross body crunches = 15 reps
- barrier jumps = 30 secs
- lizard lunges with twists = 15 reps
- glute bridge (left) = 15 reps
- glute bridge (right) = 15 reps
- reverse plank = 1 min
- reverse bicycles = 1 min
