Boho Beautiful has yet another brilliant pilates workout video! This time, her nearly 17 minute long video is shot at Cusco, Peru. I really love Boho Beautiful's workout videos. They've helped me look and feel much healthier.
This video, called "Pilates For Beginners ? Tone Your Body & Core | Peru", is a 15 minute workout that is really helpful for beginners or those such as I who are wanting to ease their way into building their strength and core. It's a mat pilates practice that has a main focus on developing your upper and lower abs, as well as toning and sculpting the glutes, thighs, and hamstrings.
I really like that you need no props, so I can do this exercise anywhere - such as in my room or even a hotel room! I'm excited to see what sticking to this pilates for beginners routine will yield in results!
This workout is definitely going to take some time to build strength, so i'll have to be patient. If anyone else is interested in this pilates workout, please check out the source up above!
