Adam Rosante lead me through an awesome bodyweight bootcamp workout that left me dripping in sweat on this video by PopSugar Fitness. It's a 30 minute full-body exercise that requires no equipment, which lets me do this workout from anywhere.
The exercise consists of a warm up, work out and cool down to motivate continuous workouts afterwards. I really liked how Adam explained the exercises very well, and pointed out mistakes people often make when trying to mimic moves.
This was a great way to jumpstart my summer workout routine! I'll definitely be keeping an eye on PopSugar's YouTube channel for more fresh fitness tutorials, workouts, and exercises that will help me on my road to healthy living with weight loss, and stress relief.
