I have been looking for more books to read after the New Year, and I am really interested in how The Water Dancer by Ta-Nehisi Coate sounds. It establishes itself as a potent book about America's most disgraceful sin. It is a an Oprah's Book Club pick, a #1 New York Times Bestseller, and has been named one of Paste's Best Novels of the Decade.
