One of the Best Fiction Books of 2018!
I was reading Barnes & Noble's list for Best Fiction & Nonfiction books of 2018 when The Great Alone by Kristin Hannah caught my eye. It is a tale of a desperate family seeking a new beginning in the near-isolated wilderness of Alaska, only to find that their unpredictable environment is less threatening than the erratic behavior found in human nature. Alaska, the 70's, and strong women. Truly riveting!
