While on the lookout for some delicious summer low-carb recipes on Delish, I came across the listing for Pineapple Bun Burgers and was immediately intrigued.
This recipe makes for a very tropical burger, and best of all, low-carb, due to the charred pineapple that replaces the buns. A delicious twist for sure! When paired with melted cheese, crispy bacon, and my choice of topping, it makes for a delicious summer dinner.
