I recently saw the TikTok trend for Baked Feta Pasta, so when I saw a similar Baked Feta Pasta recipe on Delish, I knew I just had to check it out.
The idea of baked feta pasta may sound odd, but it's simply delicious! You don't need to change the temperature, you can play with more than just tomatoes and feta, plus adding water always helps!
This recipe results in fantastic flavor with creamy melted feta. Next time I'm going to add in some chicken breast and different kinds of cheese to see how delicious it is.

- 2 pt. cherry or grape tomatoes
- 1 shallot, quartered
- 3 cloves garlic, smashed
- 1/2 c. extra-virgin olive oil, divided

I had a great time trying this recipe! It was easy to make and ended up being fantastic. I already have several ideas on how to modify the recipe when I want to spice it up a notch. I can't wait to make it again, it will certainly be a staple recipe for seasons to come.
