This is one of the easiest DIY projects. Supplies: Modge Podge:High gloss glue. Perfect for glittering pumps. Pumps: any pair will do. It doesn't mater what the sole consistency is.Fine glitter-This can be found anywhere. Paintbrush- use one you don't care about so you can just throw it away after. Newpaper-Glitter everywhere is not fun to clean up! This is a great way to spice up a old pair of Pumps and the result is amazing.
