This Sesame Cucumber Avocado Salad is easy to make!
Ingredients
2 cucumbers (diced)
2 avocado (diced)
1 tablespoon sesame seeds (toasted)
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
2. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and refrigerate for 15 minutes before serving
