I really love this total body routine that completely works your body in just seven moves! I enjoy the fast and super effective routines like this because they really boost the metabolism and sculpt your entire body very quickly.
This workout routine made a perfect addition to my 'Fitness' collection because you can squeeze this in anytime, anywhere - such as before work, on lunch break, or even when travelling!
The Sculpt in 7 includes the following moves:
Move 1: bikini walkout + plank jack - 10 reps (sculpts your shoulders and core!)
Move 2: squat + press - 10 reps (tones your booty and shoulders!)
Move 3: squat + curl + press - 10 reps (tones your booty, biceps, and shoulders!)
Move 4: row + triceps extension - 20 reps (targets your back and triceps!)
Move 5: deadlift + upright row - 10 reps (tones your booty, core, and shoulders!)
Move 6: deadlift with side kick + upright row - 10 reps (sculpts your booty, outer thighs, and arms!
Move 7: donkey kick - 16 reps each side (sculpts your booty!)
Move 8: side plank + crunch - 20 reps each side (targets your obliques!)
Move 9: v-sit + curl - 15 reps (strengthens your core and biceps!)
Move 10: rock the boat - 20 reps (sculpts your obliques!)
