A relaxing yoga session to release tension after a long day!

I really like this video from Boho Beautiful, called "Yoga for Stress and Strength | 20 min candlelit evening flow". The video takes place in a beautiful cabin in the woods in Invermere, British Columbia and really helps release tension after a long day at work, and helps re-balance the body and mind.

I like that it is a yoga routine focused on strengthening the lower body and works with a few different twists to help release any stressful energy. It has helped me end my day in a calm and peaceful state, many times!

All you need is a mat, and you can even light some candles like in the video and follow along.

The 20 min yoga flow is as follows:
