This no equipment workout from Pamela RF (Pamela Reif) is amazing! It is the perfect ab workout routine for my at home exercise goals. It was really quick and intense, and the no equipment needed means no excuses!
The routine is only 10 minutes long, which means if there is 10 minutes free in the morning or before bed, this is what i'll be doing. The video is great to follow along with, 30 seconds each exercise but no rest in between.
The routine is as follows:
Crunches = 30 seconds
Crunches with Leg Lifts = 30 seconds
Bicycle Crunches = 30 seconds
Reverse Crunch variation = 30 seconds
Single Leg Raises = 30 seconds
Flutter Kicks = 30 seconds
Scissor Kicks = 30 seconds
Double Leg Lifts = 30 seconds
Mountain Climbers = 30 seconds
Elbow Plank = 30 seconds
Mountain Climbers = 30 seconds
Elbow Plank = 30 seconds
Plank with Hip Twists = 30 seconds
Spider Planks = 30 seconds
Side Plank with Hip Dips (right) = 30 seconds
Side Plank (right) = 30 seconds
Side Plank with Hip Dips (left) = 30 seconds
Side Plank (left) = 30 seconds
Up and Down Plank - 30 seconds
