Now this is a good looking and positive take on the automotive future

The i8 has a plug-in powertrain the combines a 129bhp electric motor driving the front wheels and three-cylinder turbo petrol engine sending 220bhp to the rear tires. That's 349bhp in total in a hybrid that is claimed to achieve 100mpg and is able to be charged in less that 2 hours from a regular socket. Just look at it. look at it. This is a vision of the future I will fave.
