While browsing the website for Delish I came across the Best-Ever Tuna Melt recipe. The photo drew me in instantly, because look at how good it looks! I knew I just had to give it a try.
I was pleasantly surprised at just how delicious this tuna melt was. It has just the right amount of crunch, melty cheddar cheese, and delicious slices of tomato.
What makes this tuna melt stand out is that the tuna salad is not your bog-standard, bland tuna salad. It is packed full of delicious celery, red onion, pickles, and red pepper flakes that make it so delicious by itself as it does on the sandwich.
The cheese can be modified for your own personal favorite pick, as I myself went along with Monterey Jack, as can the bread for a low carb version.
