The winter is winding down and i'm excited to be able to open the windows get some fresh air in the warm sun. I am really fond of working out and continue to do so in the winter, however, there's nothing that beats a nice workout with a gentle breeze and bright skies. I've decided that I would find some new exercises for weight loss, and came across a new pilates routine in a video.
The video is by Boho Beautiful, shot in Banff, Canada, that features a 15 minute pilates workout. The workout is perfect for anyone that is trying to tone and work almost every part of their body. It helps tone stubborn areas and strengthen your core. Strengthening your core can help you both lose weight and gain definition while keeping your pelvic area strong and lower back healthy.
I've tried out a little bit of this workout at home. It is quite challenging at first, as pilates can often be, however with some minor modifications and a few pauses of the video - i've made the perfect routine based off of the video by Boho Beautiful. I am excited to see the definition this routine will provide in a few weeks time.
