A 10 min quick ab workout that is the perfect addition to a home workout!

I have found a video from Boho Beautiful that is perfect for my at home exercises! Her nearly 14 minute long video is shot at Virginia Beach, Virginia, and is focused on helping trim off belly fat and tone the abs and core. It's a really great video!

Titled "Best Ab Workout In 10 Min ? Tummy & Muffin Top | Virginia Beach", it details a 10 minute ab workout that can easily be done anywhere. It's an intense Pilates based workout that mainly focuses on the obliques and lower ab area of the body, helping you feel tones and strong in the core. It's definitely perfect in aiding me achieve a slimmer waistline and more toned body figure.

It's important to remember, that in order to achieve real results, workouts need to be combined with proper clean nutrition. This will help expedite seeing those amazing abs! I can't wait!
