I was so interested when I saw the recipe for Lobster Mac & Cheese on Delish that I just had to go and try to make it right away. I was pleasantly surprised by the results! The suggestion to use canned lobster was genius as well. That could come in handy for creative recipes to use even when camping out this summer.
I've even thought of a few ways to modify this recipe, such as making it a bit creamier, using different cheeses, and even adding some scallops to this lobster.

- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 c. whole milk
