Pickles are the new pigs in a blanket after trying this recipe! It was soo tasty and a total hit with my friends. I loved the incorporation of cream cheese, cheddar and bacon. The recipe can be altered a little but or even applied to things like jalapenos, bell peppers and more! It's an excellent idea and summer recipe that will surely stick with me for the foreseeable future.
