Given the current situation in the world right now, access to gym equipment can be tricky for those who do not already own too many, such as myself. This workout routine outlines 12 exercises and includes a pause for a water break. It follows an ABAB structure with 45 seconds active and 15 seconds rest, with warm up and cool down included. Perfect for ensuring a proper work out. I really enjoyed that this was one of the easier cardiovascular workout videos, allowing me to feel re-energized and re-balanced without overdoing it. The workout is as follows: 1: Side Step Jacks 2: Walkdown Backbows 3: 2 Knee Pulls 4: Lunge + Rotation 5: 2 Jumping Jacks + Lateral Jumps 6: Push Up + Roll Water Break 7: 4 Switchfoots + Squat 8: Plank Jacks + Lifts 9: Lunge + Bow 10: Hip Raises 11: Supine Plank Reach 12: Squat + Side Lifts Thanks to this routine, I have been feeling much better with myself! The video is great to follow along with, 30 seconds each exercise but no rest in between.
