Designed to emulate the dynamics of a boat moving though water for the physical and physiological benefits of rowing!
The Waterrower Classic Rowing Machine would be a great piece of fitness equipment for my home gym. The Classic Rowing Machine would help my muscle mass, toning and strengthening my muscles while burning a lot more calories than most other aerobic machines.
The Waterrower is outfitted with a "water flywheel" that consists of two paddles in an enclosed tank of water to provide smooth and quiet resistance, just like when you paddle in an actual body of water. That means that this machine has no moving parts that can wear out over time! The self-regulating system would allow me to control how fast I can row with my strength and ability to control drag. If you paddle fast, I would get increased drag. If I paddle slower, the resistance is less intense. This fitness machine would provide a remarkable smooth and fluid experience!
The Waterrower comes with a workout DVD, and has a built in S4 monitor that can measure intensity goals, distance and duration. It also allows for integration with third party software! Aside from the size being larger than i'd like, this machine would be perfect for me!

Bottom Line:
Overall, I think it is a very great looking and effective fitness machine that would be a terrific addition to my home gum. Though it costs more than other rowers, it is virtually maintenance-free and should outlast the competition.
