Taken

A slick action rescue/revenge thriller!

I re-watched the movie Taken last night and remembered how much I enjoyed it initially. Taken is one of my fave movies due to the slick action and unique rescue/revenge thriller plot. It reminds me a lot of John Wick. I enjoy the cast a lot, especially Liam Neeson, who I really enjoyed in Star Wars.

The description of Taken, as stated on iTunes, is:

"When his estranged daughter is kidnapped in Paris, a former spy (Liam Neeson) sets out to find her at any cost. Relying on his special skills, he tracks down the ruthless gang that abducted her and launches a one-man war to bring them to justice and rescue his daughter."

I really enjoyed watching this movie again. I highly recommend the movie Taken to those who haven't seen it already.
