Red Pine

Pinus resinosa

The Red Pine lives about 200 years. This coniferous evergreen tree is slow growing at first but can then grow as much as 30 cm per year. The red pine will normally reach a mature height of 75 feet, but can exceed 100 feet under optimal conditions. The crown spread is generally 15 to 20 feet.
