Cookies

These are my favourite chocolate chip cookies and the best I've ever eaten. The recipe makes 26 cookies which should last a few days (although they're usually gone the next day at my house) and are pretty easy to make. With 2 pounds of bittersweet chocolate, these cookies melt in your mouth.
