Matthieu Arbour and Angele Lazurko of Ontario left their dog locked inside their car as they shopped at Vaughan Mills Mall on Sunday. The police and fire crews attempted to save the dog. On day that almost hit 30 Celsius, the young lab couldn't withstand the sweltering heat inside the car that acted like an oven. How can two people be so cruel? ALL dog owners should know better!
