Mercury has unveiled a new four-stroke 150 hp outboard motor. At 3 liters, Mercury's 4-cylinder, SOHC 150 FourStroke boasts the highest displacement in the 150 hp market segment.

Mercury also makes the claim that the 150 FourStroke outboard is the lightest and most compact EFI 150 available - with 18 percent fewer parts and 20 fewer pounds than the competition. At a weight approaching that of a 2-Stroke, the new 150 FourStroke will easily repower most older hulls not designed to accommodate the weight of other 150 4 strokes.
