Bacon Wrapped Sweet Potato Fries

I love sweet potato fries. I love bacon just as much. Together I have a new fave

To do this slice each piece of bacon in half lengthwise. Then slice those pieces in half again but this time widthwise. So from each piece of bacon you end up with 4 strips.

Wrap a strip of bacon around a sweet potato fry. Place on baking sheet. Repeat until you have the amount you want. If you have left over sweet potato fries, toss them on the cookie sheet as well - they will bake nicely in the bacon fat.
