3-2-1 Baby Back Pork Ribs

The best way to cook pork ribs.

I tried the 3, 2, 1 method for cooking ribs over the weekend. For my first try I was pretty happy with the result. The recipe calls for: 3 hours on smoke, 2 hours wrapped tightly in foil, and then 1 hour sauced. When I do these again I'll be sure to soak the ribs overnight in apple juice and add more juice when their wrapped in foil.
