A delicious roast chicken meal, perfect for the fall!

I've been looking for some recipes for the autumn season, and I think I've found a new favorite! The recipe for Cast-Iron Roast Chicken with Caramelized Leeks from Bon Appetit was easy to make, and nothing compares to cast iron.
