A delicious roast chicken meal, perfect for the fall!

I've been looking for some recipes for the autumn season, and I think I've found a new favorite! The recipe for Cast-Iron Roast Chicken with Caramelized Leeks from Bon Appetit was easy to make, and nothing compares to cast iron. With cast iron, no flipping is required and there is no unappealing pale, flabby underside.
