I've been looking for an easy sheet pan recipe that would be perfect for meal prepping lunches for work or a quick weeknight meal, and I finally found the perfect one! The BBQ Chicken and Roasted Sweet Potato Bowls recipe on The Creative Bite's recipe is simply amazing with the bursting flavors from the roasted sweet potatoes and the healthy vegetables. The best part is how beautifully simple this recipe is to make, yet so different taste wise. It really helped me get out of a dinner rut.

- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
- ½ c. BBQ sauce, divided

This recipe is a healthy dinner idea full of veggies and lean protein for a meal you can feel great about! I really recommend it. The taste is phenomenal, and can even be modified.
