As the temperatures begin to get colder, I've found myself somewhat nostalgic for delicious sweet and garlic-y teriyaki. The following ingredients were used:

- 1/2 c. low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/3 c. honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 tsp. sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch plus 3 tbsp. cold water
- 2 lb. medium white shrimp, peeled and deveined

I really enjoyed the taste of this recipe. The soy sauce, honey and garlic did wonders blending together to make such a delicious sauce. I can't wait to cook this again!
