I recently tried the recipe for Red Wine-Braised Short Ribs that I found on Bon Appetit. It was so delicious, especially after I let them sit overnight.
This recipe is a fairly easy recipe that makes 6 servings with a prep time of about 30 minutes and a cook time of 2 and a half hours, plus any additional marination time before cooking. If anyone is interested in checking out the instructions, please click on the image up above.
