This is a beautiful ruffly felt rosette wreath that you can make yourself! To make the wreath you'll need a 12 inch styrofoam wreath form, felt, straight pins, scissors, a 3 inch circle template, a pencil and a ribbon for hanging. Cut the felt into circles and then fold it in half twice. Pin each rosette onto the styrofoam form until you fill the entire wreath. I beautiful wreath that is hand made. I love it!
